EL Principle:
The electroluminescent piece is made up of placing the flashing powder between two electrode plates. It is interlayered structure. It has an electrode up and down respectively. The upper electrode is transparent electric conducted membrane (the ITO membrane), the light emits henceforth from the surface. Getting down the electrode is the back electrode. Its material is mainly for silver or carbon, and the luminescent material is mainly Zinc Sulfide (ZnS). When the alternating voltage adds to two electrodes, the electric field causes the ZnS particles generate excited jump, thus sufficiently shine in each circulation. When it includes different activating agents, it sends out different color light. The EL brightness changes along with the electrode voltage and the frequency. In ordinary circumstances, the brightness correspondingly to increase along with the voltage and frequency. |
